Sweet Stuffed takes great pride in providing our customers with the best products and Customer Service. 

Our Return and Refund policy consists of:

• We will issue a full refund on orders not completed but paid within a  72 hour period. 
• We will issue a partial refund or give credit for completed orders but mistakes on our behalf such as broken cookies due to packaging. 
• We do not issue refunds for any orders completed and/or delivered due to issues beyond our control.   
• When issuing completed and/or delivered orders, we do not refund delivery fees or shipping fees. 
• We do Not accept Exchanges. We won't ask for products back if we have to issue refunds. We do require as much  information as possible including videos and pictures to accept refunds.
